Handan Huiqiao Compound Material Technology Co.,Ltd. is a private company of technology nature at national high-tech enterprise level started in 2002. It covers 36000 sq. meters including plant area 12000 sq. meters, labs 500 sq. meters. It locates in Shangcheng Industrial Park,Cheng’an County, Handan City,Hebei Province with convenient access to Zhonghua Nan Street, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and S315 road. It is only 20km away from Handan Airport and 30km away from Handan Raiway Station. 　
It currently is composed of four sections: R&D center, Wear-resistant Materials Dept, Equipment Manufacturing Dept and Molding Materials Dept.
Our R&D center is engaged in new technologies, new processes, new materials, new product development and research. It has complete testing equipments including spectrometer, quick analyzer before furnace, low temperature impact tester, universal testing machine, metallographic microscope, hardness Tester, dynamic viscosity tester, molding sand tester etc. Also we use casting simulation software CAE to optimize casting process and shorten new product development period.
Our Wear Resistant Materials Dept. is engaged in alloy casting production with diverse processes of EPC, resin sand casting, shell casting etc. ranging from 5kgs to 10000kgs with yearly capacity of 10000tons. Our flagship products include wear-resistant castings, heat-resistant castings, corrosion-resistant castings, bimetallic composite material castings.
Our Equipment Manufacturing Dept. is engaged in machining and assembling equipped with gantry milling machine, planer machine, conventional lathe, boring machine and CNC etc.
Our Molding Materials Dept. is engaged in newly furan resin, hardening agent, phenolic resin, composite binder, coating materials for castings, insulated feeder, sealing paste, mold release agent etc. ,its yearly output is 10000tn.
Our total employees are 216 including 30 engineering and technical staff and 8 senior engineers of metallurgy, casting and chemical industry. We have set up one academician workstation with advanced manufacturing technology center of China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology (CAM) and bases of production, learning and research with Beijing University of Technology and Hebei University of Science and Technology and public service technology platform of EPC. With strong new product development capability and rich on-site experiences, we can provide you with technology support and customized service. Our products now are exported to more than twenty countries like USA, Germany, Canada, UK, Japan, Russia ,Kazakhstan, France, Saudi Arabia and South East countries.
So far we have 16 scientific achievements, 12 patents include 6 invention patents. In 2013, we were rated as first batch of small and medium technology-based enterprises in Hebei. In 2014, we were recognized as National High-tech enterprise and passed foundry industry access by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and listed as the second batch of Innovation Enterprises of The Giant Plant in Hebei. In May 2014, Engineering and Technology Research Center of Handan Bimetallic Wear Resistant Materials was set up in our company. In 2015, we were listed in 100 Innovation driven enterprises in Handan and our wear-resistant innovation team was listed in the first batch of Industrial Innovation Team of Hebei. In Nov.2015, we were recognized as Hebei Enterprise Technology Center and standard demonstration enterprise in the third batch of technological innovation-based enterprises in Hebei.
Our aim is to become one most influential production base of Wear-resistant, Heat-resistant, Corrosion-resistant alloy castings and bimetallic composite materials in China and build us into one world class factory.
