On Sep. 29th,2015, An agreement signed between Handan Huiqiao and Hebei Science and Technology University in Handan Zhaodu Grand Hotel. Two parties agreed to set up a base of production, learning and research with institute of Materials Science and Engineering of Hebei University of Science and Technology.
